Human resources supporting community development
ISDE Bangladesh has 80 full-time paid and 290 part-time workers, along with 24 volunteers and 2 international volunteers who serve different development activities undertaken by the organization.
ISDE puts emphasis on a decentralized decision-making process. Unit Managers supervise all-round activities at unit level under the supervision of Project Managers.
ISDE Bangladesh maintains gender balance in the organization. Most field staff members are female and play a significant role in program activities. Most staff have received development training from national and international NGOs based inside and outside the country.
