ISDE’s Women-Adolescent Hub & Psycho social support center Visit

Since Rohingya Influx August 2017 in Cox’s Bazar Bangladesh ISDE Bangladesh has been in many humanitarian interventions at the Rohingya camps as well as host communities also. Under ISDE’s Women-Adolescent Hub & Psycho social support centers for Rohingya and host community women and adolescents arranged a number of awareness raising sessions on COVID-19, CRC, safeguarding, Gender Based Violence(GBV), climate change, disaster risk reduction, awareness on personal health and hygiene education, issues on gender and women rights. Ms. Laura Hendy and Mr. Spencer Leland from WJR UK has visited ISDE Bangladesh’s Adolescent Hub & Psycho social support Group at Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar on last 24th April 2022. They talks with adolescent members & others stakeholders. They highly appreciated the center activities run properly.

During the visit ISDE Executive Director S M Nazer Hossain explained the details interventions under the center. Amongst other Programme Coordinator Md Jahangir Alam, Programme Manager Md Jashim Uddin Siddique, Rohingya Response Unit Manager Asif Nor Hashnath also present the visit.
